English rock outfit Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs (or "PIGSx7" for short) combine acid rock, psych metal, and stoner influences into a thick sludge of riffs and menacing bellows. Hailing from Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, Pigs were formed by vocalist Matt Baty, guitarists Sam Grant and Adam Ian Sykes, bassist John-Michael Hedley, and drummer Ewan Mackenzie. Since their debut LP, Feed the Rats (Rocket Recordings), arrived in 2017 the band has gained international recognition and is coming to St James straight from their Sold out UK and Festival tour.
The Guernsey Concert Brass are delighted to be joining together again with the Schools’ Music Service Youth Band, to provide an evening of seasonal music. Some new and modern arrangements of traditional tunes will be included in what promises to be an entertaining evening. As always there will be lots of opportunity for audience participation.

Our Festive and traditional Christmas programme of your favourite carols and songs will convince you Mary, Joseph and Jesus arrived in Bethlehem one evening – and the rest is history! It will be seasonal fun and music.
This year Guernsey Choral Society present Handel’s sparkling Utrecht Te Deum, - with excerpts from The Messiah, and Bach’s Cantata BMV 140 Wachet auf, under the direction of their new conductor Daniel Madden. Join them for an evening of traditional Christmas music and carols, with local soloists Debbie Bideau, Sally Surcombe and Tina James, also featuring a fabulous children’s choir from the Guernsey Music Service.
