J B Parker's or "JB's" is an exciting bar, restaurant and wine cellar located it is located at Moores Hotel in the former Library Bar, and mixes ale house tradition with contemporary style.
The buzzing open-kitchen and charcoal grill sets the tone for seriously tasty and interesting food with counter top dining an option while the bar serves up cool cocktails, craft beers, guest real ales and the ubiquitous range of gins including our Guernsey distilled favourites.
